El ecuatoriano<b><br \/>\nLeo Cerda<\/b>, uno de los cofundadores, nos explic\u00f3 m\u00e1s sobre esta<br \/>\niniciativa.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0.42cm; margin-top: 0.42cm; orphans: 2; widows: 2;\" align=\"left\">Leo describi\u00f3 a Mullu como una plataforma dedicada a la creaci\u00f3n de<br \/>\nnarrativas comunitarias de <b>creadores ind\u00edgenas y afrodescendientes<br \/>\nde Latinoam\u00e9rica<\/b>: \u00ab<i>Queremos transformar la manera en que el<br \/>\nmundo ha escuchado acerca de las historias de los pueblos ind\u00edgenas<br \/>\na trav\u00e9s de la amplificaci\u00f3n y de contar las historias desde<br \/>\nnuestra perspectiva<\/i>\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0.42cm; margin-top: 0.42cm; orphans: 2; widows: 2;\" align=\"left\">La idea de Mullu surgi\u00f3 de la necesidad de tener una plataforma para<br \/>\n<b>expresar las luchas y experiencias<\/b> de estos pueblos: \u00ab<i>Nuestros<br \/>\nterritorios han sido afectados por temas de colonizaci\u00f3n,<br \/>\nextractivismo y luchas locales que no han sido contadas a trav\u00e9s de<br \/>\nnuestros lentes en las plataformas globales<\/i>\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0.42cm; margin-top: 0.42cm; orphans: 2; widows: 2;\" align=\"left\">El colectivo est\u00e1 formado por <b>amigos <\/b>que invitan a m\u00e1s creadores a<br \/>\nunirse: \u00ab<i>Nuestra base es la cooperaci\u00f3n, la codirecci\u00f3n y la<br \/>\ncoproducci\u00f3n de creaciones ind\u00edgenas y afrodescendientes en<br \/>\nLatinoam\u00e9rica, de ind\u00edgenas para ind\u00edgenas por ind\u00edgenas<\/i>\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0.42cm; margin-top: 0.42cm; orphans: 2; widows: 2;\" align=\"left\">En Cannes, Mullu trajo una delegaci\u00f3n diversa de nueve cineastas<br \/>\nind\u00edgenas y afrodescendientes de <b>M\u00e9xico, Panam\u00e1, Per\u00fa, Ecuador y<br \/>\nBrasil<\/b>: \u00ab<i>Queremos expresar que no necesariamente el cine a nivel<br \/>\ninternacional se ha centrado en propuestas de cine comunitario<br \/>\nind\u00edgena desde los territorios locales<\/i>\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0.42cm; margin-top: 0.42cm; orphans: 2; widows: 2;\" align=\"left\">Una de las iniciativas de Mullu es la <b>escuela de cine<\/b>, que ayuda a<br \/>\ncreadores a conectarse con plataformas internacionales: \u00ab<i>En el<br \/>\nmercado de Cannes, nuestra idea es generar una red de apoyo al cine<br \/>\ncomunitario<\/i>\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0.42cm; margin-top: 0.42cm; orphans: 2; widows: 2;\" align=\"left\">Cerda tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 la importancia de llegar a m\u00e1s comunidades<br \/>\ncuyas historias no han sido contadas: \u00ab<i>Estamos invitando a la<br \/>\ngente de Abya Yala, que es todo el continente americano, a que<br \/>\nparticipe en nuestras convocatorias y se una a nuestras plataformas<\/i>\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0.42cm; margin-top: 0.42cm; orphans: 2; widows: 2;\" align=\"left\">Mullu no solo se enfoca en cine, sino tambi\u00e9n en comunicaci\u00f3n y<br \/>\ncampa\u00f1as. Han trabajado en iniciativas como la campa\u00f1a del <b>Yasun\u00ed<br \/>\nen Ecuador<\/b> (referendo nacional sobre la explotaci\u00f3n petrolera en la<br \/>\nAmazonia) y apoyaron una campa\u00f1a de comunicaci\u00f3n en Panam\u00e1 sobre<br \/>\nla miner\u00eda. \u00ab<i>Elaboramos la campa\u00f1a del Yasun\u00ed que gan\u00f3 el<br \/>\nrefer\u00e9ndum nacional para que se quede el petr\u00f3leo bajo tierra en el<br \/>\nParque Nacional Yasun\u00ed<\/i>\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%;
